South Menu (“we”, “us”) operates the southmenu.xyz website and the South Menu and South Generator products. We act as the data controller for personal information processed through these services.

We process your data to deliver the service you paid for, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, and improve product reliability. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session continuity, and a small number of first-party analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; doing so may break login.

We rely on a small set of trusted processors: a payment provider for checkout, a CDN for downloads, a transactional email provider, and Discord for community support. Each processor receives only the data required to perform its function.

We retain account and license data while your account exists, plus a reasonable period afterwards to handle fraud and accounting obligations. Support tickets are retained for up to 24 months. Anonymized analytics may be retained longer.

If you live in the EU/UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].

Passwords are hashed using modern algorithms. Sensitive endpoints are rate-limited. Production infrastructure is access-controlled and logged. No system is perfectly secure — but we take incidents seriously and will notify affected users without undue delay.

South Menu is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the Panel or via email.
